Serviceable Locations
- We ship to most PIN codes across India via trusted courier partners.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- If your location is found non-serviceable after placing the order, we’ll cancel and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Made-to-order/alteration items (if applicable) may need an additional 2–3 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities: ~2–5 business days after dispatch
- Other cities/towns: ~3–7 business days after dispatch
- Remote/Outlying areas: ~5–10 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, weather, festivals, strikes, or government restrictions.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: on orders ₹2499 and above.
- Shipping Fee: a flat ₹199 for orders below ₹2499.
- Any temporary offer (e.g., festival free shipping) shown at checkout overrides this section for that order.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD Fee: ₹199 (non-refundable) where COD is available.
- COD availability depends on your PIN code and order value. We may contact you for verification on high-value COD orders.
Tracking Your Order
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS/Email with the courier name and tracking ID.
Packaging & Delivery
- We pack garments securely to prevent damage.
Delivery Attempts & Undeliverable Packages
- Couriers usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. If you’re unavailable or the address/phone is incorrect, the parcel may return to origin (RTO).
- Re-shipping can be arranged; actual re-shipping charges will apply.
- Original shipping/COD charges (if any) are non-refundable once an order is dispatched.
Address Changes
- You can request an address change before dispatch by contacting us.
- After dispatch, the address cannot be modified.
Partial Shipments
- We may split an order into multiple shipments to expedite delivery.
- You’ll pay no extra shipping beyond what you saw at checkout.
Order Verification
- For high-value orders, we may contact you for order confirmation/KYC. If we’re unable to verify within a reasonable time, we may cancel and refund.
Delays & Liability
- We’ll do our best to help if there are courier delays, but transit delays are outside our control.
- We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Tax Invoice
- A GST invoice is provided for every order. For business purchases, add your GSTIN at checkout (if applicable).
